AutoResearchClaw implements 4-layer citation verification: arXiv ID lookup → CrossRef/DataCite DOI resolution → Semantic Scholar title match → LLM relevance check. The Oracle stack has zero citation integrity today. This capability should be extracted as a standalone utility (exposed as a standalone MCP tool) so any Oracle agent can verify references without running the full 23-stage paper pipeline.
