AutoResearchClaw implements a production-grade citation verification pipeline: arXiv ID resolution → CrossRef/DataCite DOI lookup → Semantic Scholar title match → LLM relevance scoring. This 4-layer approach eliminates hallucinated references. The Oracle stack previously had zero citation integrity; extracting this as a standalone utility (researchclaw_verify_citations MCP tool) makes it available to all ORACLE Hermes report generation workflows, not just academic paper pipelines.
