AutoResearchClaw implements a 4-layer citation verification pipeline that the Oracle stack lacks entirely: (1) arXiv ID validation, (2) DOI resolution via CrossRef/DataCite, (3) Semantic Scholar title match, (4) LLM relevance check. This is production-grade anti-hallucination for academic references. These 4 layers can be extracted as a standalone utility and exposed via MCP as verify_citations, making it available to all Oracle agents for any report type, not just paper generation.
