AutoResearchClaw implements production-grade anti-hallucination for citations via 4-layer verification: (1) arXiv ID lookup, (2) DOI resolution via CrossRef/DataCite, (3) title match via Semantic Scholar, (4) LLM relevance validation. This is extractable as a standalone utility for any ORACLE output — not just academic papers. The existing Oracle stack has zero citation integrity today, making this a Tier 1 capability gap to close.
