The existing Oracle stack has no citation verification — any reference in any ORACLE report is unverified. AutoResearchClaw’s 4-layer citation verification (arXiv ID check → DOI resolution via CrossRef/DataCite → title match → LLM relevance check) is production-grade anti-hallucination. The citation verifier and claim verifier should be extracted as standalone MCP tools exposed outside the paper pipeline, making them callable by ORACLE Hermes on any intelligence report.
