researchclaw-citation-claim-tools-exposed-as-standalone-mcp
Citation verification and claim verification are exposed as standalone MCP tools (researchclaw_verify_citations, researchclaw_verify_claims, researchclaw_search_literature) usable outside the 23-stage paper pipeline. This enables any ORACLE report or agent to call 4-layer citation verification (arXiv ID → DOI via CrossRef/DataCite → title match → LLM relevance) and inline claim verification without triggering a full paper generation run. The Oracle stack had zero citation integrity before this integration.
