Three ResearchClaw MCP tools are designed as standalone utilities callable outside the 23-stage paper pipeline: researchclaw_verify_citations (4-layer: arXiv ID → DOI → title match → LLM relevance), researchclaw_verify_claims (inline fact-checking against evidence base), and researchclaw_search_literature (OpenAlex + Semantic Scholar + arXiv). Any ORACLE agent can call these to enrich reports without triggering a full paper generation run.
