AutoResearchClaw’s citation verification (4-layer: arXiv ID → DOI/CrossRef → Semantic Scholar → LLM relevance check) and claim verification modules can be extracted as standalone utilities callable by any Oracle agent, independent of the full 23-stage paper pipeline. Exposing verify_citations and verify_claims as separate MCP tools allows ORACLE Hermes to enrich any intelligence report with citation integrity and fact-checking without triggering the full paper generation pipeline.
