Three ResearchClaw MCP tools are designed as standalone utilities usable outside the full 23-stage paper pipeline: researchclaw_verify_citations (4-layer: arXiv ID → CrossRef/DataCite → Semantic Scholar → LLM), researchclaw_verify_claims (inline fact-checking for any text), and researchclaw_search_literature (OpenAlex + Semantic Scholar + arXiv). These can be called by ORACLE Hermes for any intelligence report enrichment, not just academic paper generation.
