memory-md-24kb-load-truncation-limit
MEMORY.md truncates on load when it exceeds ~24.4KB, silently dropping content from the end of the file. File grew to 25.8KB due to System Architecture duplication between MEMORY.md and architecture.md (Law 1 violation). Solution: keep MEMORY.md as lean index with pointers only; all detail lives in topic files. Target headroom of 5KB to absorb future growth.
