memory-md-24kb-truncation-limit-causes-startup-context-loss

MEMORY.md exceeding 24.4KB gets truncated on load, silently dropping content from the bottom of the file. The System Architecture section (5.4KB) was duplicating architecture.md content and pushed the file to 25.8KB. Fix: compress redundant sections to lean pointers, keep all detail in topic files. Target: stay under 20KB to allow 4KB+ headroom for growth.
