MEMORY.md truncates silently at ~24.4KB during session load, dropping behavioral directives without any warning. The file reached 25.8KB due to System Architecture duplication, causing the bottom sections (Feedback, Topic Files) to be cut. Maintain MEMORY.md under 20KB with ~5KB headroom as a hard operating rule.
