skill-shrinkage-does-not-imply-content-loss-check-total
When a SKILL.md file shrinks during a progressive-disclosure refactor (content moved to docs/references/), the total content of the skill directory grows. Auditing only the SKILL.md byte count produces false regression signals. Correct verification is to compare total directory byte count, not individual file size.
