progressive-disclosure-split-grows-total-skill-footprint
Moving detailed content from SKILL.md into docs/references/ sub-files (as done in frontend-redesign and website-creator) results in smaller primary SKILL.md files but larger total skill directory byte-counts (+1665B and +612B respectively). Byte-size comparisons of SKILL.md alone are misleading — always compare total skill directory size when auditing for content loss.
