Stitch MCP server was removed from the permanent 8 user-scope servers in ~/.claude.json. Permanent list is now exactly 8: excalidraw, graphiti-mcp, hostinger-admin, notebooklm-mcp, omnigraph, openspace-mcp, sequential-thinking, vault-mcp. To use Stitch, invoke the stitch skill — it guides session-scoped registration via claude mcp add -s project, auto-wiped at session close.
