Stitch was removed from the permanent MCP list. Permanent 8 (both aj-workspace and aj-ea, user scope): excalidraw, graphiti-mcp, hostinger-admin, notebooklm-mcp, omnigraph, openspace-mcp, sequential-thinking, vault-mcp. Stitch is now session-based — invoke the stitch skill on demand, which will register it project-scoped and auto-wipe at session close. Session-mcp-cleanup.py reads the live user-scope list dynamically so no hook changes were needed.
