Going forward, invoke the stitch skill on-demand which guides session-scoped registration (claude mcp add -s project), auto-wiped at session close. The permanent 8 are: excalidraw, graphiti-mcp, hostinger-admin, notebooklm-mcp, omnigraph, openspace-mcp, sequential-thinking, vault-mcp.
