xint-mcp-session-registration-required-each-session

xint is registered as a session-scoped MCP server (claude mcp add -s project), not as a permanent server. It is auto-wiped at session close. The engagement-policy command must be re-run each session: claude mcp add -s project xint -- /usr/local/bin/xint mcp --policy engagement. A startup hook is the recommended automation path to avoid manual re-registration.
