The fusion-invariants-lint.py script validated 71/71 skills but was invoked manually only — no PreToolUse hook on Write/Edit of SKILL.md files and no git pre-commit gate. Manual-only lints provide zero enforcement against drift; any edit session can introduce violations that go undetected until the next manual audit run. Wire lints to hooks or pre-commit to make enforcement automatic.
