helix-fusion-invariants-lint-not-wired-to-hooks
fusion-invariants-lint.py achieves 71/71 PASS when run manually but is wired to no PreToolUse hook on Write/Edit of /root/.claude/skills/**/SKILL.md. Taxonomy drift can accumulate silently between manual runs. Correct fix: wire as PreToolUse on skill file mutations OR as a git pre-commit hook on the helix repo.
