Running fusion-invariants-lint.py manually and reporting ‘71/71 PASS’ provides no ongoing drift protection. The lint must be wired as a PreToolUse hook on Write and Edit operations targeting /root/.claude/skills/**/SKILL.md to actually block regression at write time. Audit-time passing ≠ enforcement.
