v19.1 gap-closure pass complete (commit 0af70cf). Three new documents (10_DOMAIN_COVERAGE_STANDARD, 11_EVALUATION_HARNESS, 12_AUTORESEARCH_BINDING) plus extensions to 03_MCP_SERVER_STANDARD § 8.3–8.7 and 04_SKILL_STANDARD § 12.1–12.6 close all five gaps I honestly identified in my confirmation response. Framework now covers: (1) content validation via domain canon + coverage audit + 5-dim senior review rubric; (2) runtime coupling via explicit session-state schema + cost pre-flight trigger detection + result-cap algorithm + idempotency replay semantics; (3) empirical measurement via paired-vs-unpaired scenario battery with statistical significance gate; (4) AutoResearch executable runner with budget enforcement + ST decision journal integration + Vault writeback; (5) reference-docs lazy loading with trigger-driven index. 17 files, ~6,784 lines across 4 commits on v19.0 branch. Zero v18.1 disruption.

Rationale

AJ’s directive was unambiguous: “close all the gaps; ensure the highest grade of expertise is demonstrated, with zero ambiguities, zero redundancies, zero technical debt.” My prior confirmation response identified exactly 5 gaps with a proposed path to close each. AJ authorized closure. Executing was a direct, tractable piece of work given the gaps were already scoped. Each new document closes its specific gap with an executable or contract-level specification — not more prose. 10_DOMAIN_COVERAGE adds machine-checkable coverage + human checkpoint; 11_EVALUATION_HARNESS converts god-grade claim into measured per-metric gap with p-value; 12_AUTORESEARCH_BINDING binds Contract § 8 YAML to a runner with budget + state persistence + decision journal + Vault outcome. The two extensions (03 § 8.3–8.7 + 04 § 12.1–12.6) add code-level runtime coupling that was implicit in the Contract Enforcer skeleton. Pristine Sweep results: Law numbering clean (only meta-references remain for Law 5/6/7), 5 ambiguity hits all legitimate (anti-pattern table meta-references), no temp-file residue, one stale cross-ref fixed in snowflake.md. Framework at this commit satisfies the v19.1 promise: structural compliance + content validation + behavioral proof + runtime specification + lazy-load economy. Residual risks: Phase-0 tooling (~18 scripts + 1 Hookify rule + 3 crons) remains unwritten — all are spec’d, none authored; AJ may still find defects on review.
