xint-three-phase-credential-activation-model
xint activates capabilities in three phases based on available credentials: Phase 1 requires only the xAI API key (8 commands: analyze, ai-search, report, article, collections, costs, health, capabilities). Phase 2 adds X Bearer Token from developer.x.com unlocking 11 commands (search, profile, tweet, thread, trends, watch, stream, media, users, reposts). Phase 2b adds OAuth 2.0 Client ID enabling 17 write/analytics command families (engagement, analytics, growth, moderation, bookmark KB). The unified skill auto-routes per phase.
