xint-phase-credential-mapping
xint capability is gated by three credential phases: Phase 1 (xAI API key only) enables analyze, ai-search, report, article, collections, costs, health, capabilities; Phase 2 (+ X Bearer Token) adds 11 X API v2 read commands; Phase 2b (+ OAuth Client ID + PKCE flow) adds 17 engagement/analytics/moderation command families. The system auto-detects available credentials and exposes only valid commands.
