The TaskFlow PWA rebuild was scoped to single-org Runwal-only (Option A): one user directory, no tenant isolation, hosted on VPS. Auth and data isolation are not multi-tenant. The feature set is org-wide bidirectional task assignment with per-task chat channels that close (not archive) on task completion. This decision was made in the brainstorming phase before any code was written.
