The TaskFlow GitHub repo (ARJ999/taskflow) was assessed as a 40% MVP scaffold built on RN-web. Decision: full rebuild as web-native PWA targeting single-org Runwal-only deployment (no tenant isolation, one user directory, hosted on VPS). Multi-tenant-ready architecture (Option B) was recommended but single-org (Option A) was chosen for initial delivery speed. Auth identity provider TBD pending confirmation of Runwal’s directory (M365 vs Google Workspace).
