serena-stdio-zero-idle-cost-spawned-per-session
Serena uses stdio transport and spawns a new process per session (not a persistent daemon). This means zero infrastructure cost at idle — no container, no memory consumption between sessions. The ‘permanent’ registration label means auto-registered at session start, not always-running, making it viable as a permanent entry without ongoing resource overhead.
