subagents-cannot-write-to-root-claude-skills

Parallel subagents dispatched via the Agent tool are sandbox-restricted and cannot write to /root/.claude/skills/. All 4 parallel Stage 2 subagents silently failed on Write operations to that path. Only the main agent session has write access to the live skills directory.
