subagent-write-block-on-root-claude-skills

Subagents dispatched via the Agent tool cannot write to /root/.claude/skills/ — they hit a sandbox permission block. Only the main agent (parent conversation) can write to that directory. Parallel subagent dispatch for skill edits fails silently; all writes must be executed by the main agent directly.
