session-scoped-mcp-servers-invisible-to-pre-existing-subagents
MCP servers registered with -s project (session scope) mid-session are not visible to subagents that were dispatched before registration. Permanent user-scope MCP servers (the Permanent 10) ARE visible to all subagents. For tasks requiring a session MCP, register it before dispatching any subagents, or use the Bash-tool fallback.
