claude-desktop-connector-tools-snapshotted-at-session-start
MCP tools bridged from Claude Desktop to a VPS SSH session are registered once at session initialization — the list is a snapshot, not live. Toggling a Desktop connector on or off mid-session has no effect on the running session; a claude-code restart or /clear is required. This means Desktop-connector enable/disable is a session-boundary operation, not an in-session toggle.
