R-Same is a consumption-only BI platform: Snowflake is the single active data source, and zero ingestion/ETL code exists in the platform itself. All upstream sources (Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint CSVs) are materialized into Snowflake via external pipelines (Fivetran/n8n/custom shims) before R-Same touches them. AR-4 is absolute: no pipeline-authoring surface, no file-parsing, no polling — pure SQL consumption against Snowflake schemas.
