R-Same consumes Snowflake as its single data source — zero ingestion code lives inside the platform. All upstream sources (Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint CSVs) land in Snowflake via Fivetran/n8n before R-Same touches them. AR-4 strictly prohibits any ETL, polling, or file-parsing inside R-Same. Violating this massively inflates scope and maintenance burden.
