R-Same consumes Snowflake only — all SharePoint CSV/Excel, Salesforce, and SAP data flows upstream via Fivetran/n8n before reaching the platform. R-Same contains zero ingestion code; AR-4 (no ETL) is absolute. This eliminates the Microsoft Graph API polling approach that was briefly considered and simplifies M2 to a single Snowflake connector.
