Rationale
Resolves prior pending-decision (id fb6d6d82). AJ chose option A (keep intact) after I surfaced that (a) the repo IS GitHub-backed at ARJ999/enterprise-backup, (b) 2-day gap since Apr 21 07:42 IST sync was due to cron skips during the VPS CPU crisis, not a fundamental backup failure, (c) manual sync just pushed today’s vault handoffs, CRITICAL knowledge entries, feedback files, session-learnings, st-fallback-journal cleanly. Directory stays as the operational DR source-of-truth; sync.sh remains inside so daily cron can push incrementally. No further action required — health reverifies at next cron fire.
