Decision
Per AJ god-grade directive (2026-04-26): collapse the 5-PR Stage 0 sequence into ONE continuous execution. PR #19 stays open and gets EXTENDED until all 9 CI jobs green (Frontend build + Python mypy + axe). No deferral to PR 21. Then merge to main. Then immediately proceed to architecture amendment (ADRs 0015-0024 + frozen-decisions) on a single PR #20. Then W7-M13 implementation on PR #21. Then continue M14 → M53 across subsequent PRs without pause. Each PR ships only when its scope is fully working + tests passing + CI green + docs updated. No half-shipped state.
Rationale
AJ explicit directive: ‘full authority to take decisive decisions; do not stop until you deliver in full; zero open gaps or open issues or bugs or shortcomings; god-grade delivery, flawless platform.’ This supersedes my earlier ‘merge #19 as-is’ Option A proposal. Reasoning: (1) Each red CI job represents real broken state that compounds — the Vite v5/v6 conflict will silently bite W7 frontend work; the queries.index.tsx untyped useQuery will repeat across 30+ new routes; mypy errors will reproduce across 41 new modules. (2) AJ’s quality bar ‘zero compromise zero ambiguity’ is incompatible with shipping known-broken state. (3) Honest scope: this is multi-turn work but each turn ends with verified pristine for shipped scope, not mid-flight residue. Confidence reflects: AJ’s directive is unambiguous; remaining uncertainty is execution-rate (how many turns), not direction.
