xpulse-xint-complementary-dual-tool-routing
X-Pulse’s 3-phase pipeline with Jaccard dedup, geo-proxy, and scoring engine is architecturally superior for deep research synthesis — replacing it with xint’s simpler single-phase x_search would degrade research quality. The correct pattern is complementary routing via a unified SKILL.md: X-Pulse for research/discovery pipelines, xint for real-time monitoring, analytics, engagement, and write operations. Unified skill abstracts the routing so agents never need to know which tool handles what.
