xint-complementary-dual-tool-routing-architecture

X-Pulse and xint serve complementary roles and must NOT be merged. X-Pulse owns the research pipeline (3-phase discovery, Jaccard dedup, scoring engine, geo-proxy). xint owns direct X API access, real-time monitoring, engagement/write operations, and xAI Collections. A unified skill routes tasks to the correct tool — agents never need to know which backend handles what. Merging or replacing either with the other loses half the capability set.
