helix-github-sync-removes-obsolete-phase-handoffs

Helix GitHub sync (ARJ999/helix) should prune phase-completion handoff documents from docs/ before pushing — these are transient build-history artifacts (stream delivered, nothing pending) not permanent capability docs. Audits, specs, and plans in docs/superpowers/ are historical reference and should be retained. The authoritative sync commit post-v1.2 is e541b9e on main.
