Total_Car_Park_Amount__c is a standalone formula field separate from Agreement_Value__c. It only feeds AVB_with_Car_Park_Amount__c used for brokerage calculations. Car parking is excluded from both AV and Grand Total by design — a business decision is required to change this, not a code fix.
