In the Runwal Quotation module, InventoryCostServices computes the 9 car parking charge types as a separate UI section distinct from the base flat value that constitutes Agreement_Value__c. Car parking amounts are stored in individual *_Car_Park_Amt__c fields on Quotation__c but are not aggregated into Agreement_Value__c — this is by design, not a bug. RERA guidelines increasingly require car parking to be part of AV, making this a potential compliance gap requiring deliberate architecture change rather than a simple fix.
