xai-console-vs-x-developer-portal-are-separate
xAI Console (console.x.ai) provides the Grok/xAI API key used for Phase 1 (ai-search, analyze, report, article, collections). X Developer Portal (developer.x.com) is a completely different platform that provides the X API v2 Bearer Token (Phase 2) and OAuth 2.0 Client ID (Phase 2b) for direct Twitter API access. Having the xAI key does not give any X API v2 access.
