xai-console-vs-x-developer-portal-are-completely-different
console.x.ai (xAI console) provides the xAI/Grok API key used by xint’s Phase 1 commands. developer.x.com (X Developer Portal) provides the X API v2 Bearer Token and OAuth 2.0 Client ID needed for Phases 2 and 2b. These are entirely separate systems — having one does not imply having the other. Conflating them blocks capability activation.
