Prometheus alert rules for hypervisor steal installed at /opt/prometheus/rules/infrastructure.yml: CPUStealCritical fires when avg(rate(node_cpu_seconds_total{mode='steal'}[5m])) * 100 > 50 for 15 minutes; CPUStealWarning fires at >30% for 30 minutes. Rule state inactive in Prometheus = threshold not currently breached, ruleset is loaded and working correctly.
