permanent-mcp-list-must-have-single-canonical-home
The 10 Permanent MCP server list was restated in four different files (MEMORY.md, feedback_mcp_two_tier_model.md, architecture.md, session-learnings.md) causing version drift and ambiguity. Canonical home is MEMORY.md System Pointers section only; all other files must reference it. Quadruple restatement is a Law #1 (Zero Redundancy) violation that silently propagates stale counts.
