The permanent MCP server list was restated in 4 different files (MEMORY.md, architecture.md, feedback_mcp_two_tier_model.md, session-learnings.md), causing silent drift where one location had 9 MCPs, another 10, and the live state had 11. Zero Redundancy law requires exactly one canonical home (MEMORY.md) with all others cross-referencing. When a fact is stated in multiple places, each update diverges the others.
