lint-orchestrators-list-requires-explicit-update-after-skill-adds
The ORCHESTRATORS list in fusion-invariants-lint.py is statically maintained — it does NOT auto-discover from the skills directory. Every new orchestrator or taste skill added must be appended to this list explicitly or the lint will silently under-count. After a Phase build, expand the list by the exact count of new orchestrators and re-run to confirm N/N PASS.
