fusion-lint-requires-exact-orchestrators-header-format
The fusion-invariants-lint.py script parses skill files using the exact pattern ### N. Title for section headers — no deviation tolerated. Skills that use ## Section N or any other numbering scheme fail lint checks or generate false warnings. All new skills and retrofits must use the sequential ### N. Title format from the first invariant section. The ORCHESTRATORS list in the lint script must be expanded in the same commit that adds new orchestrator skills.
