The four Helix domain overlay skills (fintech, healthcare, b2b-enterprise, indian-market-ux) were missing cross-references to the layer skills they augment. This breaks bidirectional discoverability — operators traversing a layer skill have no path to the domain overlay, and the overlay has no pointer back to the layer. Fix requires adding explicit cross-refs in both directions.
