qad-monetizable-flag-hardcoded-false-on-creation
Quote_Applied_Discounts__c records are created with Monetizable__c hardcoded to false regardless of the source Offer_Master value. Kitchen chimney offer has Monetizable=true in Offer_Master but false in QAD. This causes all monetary discounts to be ignored in AV calculation, resulting in zero discount deduction even when mandatory offers exist.
